Anti-Spam Policy
Effective Date: December 23, 2025
1. Our Commitment to Zero Tolerance
At trackerrtg.com, we maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of our services for the transmission of unsolicited communications, commonly known as "Spam." Our platform is designed to provide legitimate traffic tracking and analytics for professional marketers and business owners. Any use of our infrastructure to facilitate, mask, or track spam activities is a violation of this agreement and will result in immediate account termination without a refund.
2. Definition of Spam
For the purposes of this policy, "Spam" includes, but is not limited to:
- Unsolicited Email (UBE): Sending bulk emails to recipients who have not granted explicit, verifiable permission to be contacted.
- Deceptive Redirects: Using our tracking links to redirect users to content that is significantly different from what was advertised or described.
- Social Media Spam: Posting tracking links in comments, groups, or forums where such posts violate the platform's community standards or where the link is irrelevant to the conversation.
- SMS/Messaging Spam: Using tracking links in unsolicited text messages or instant messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram) without prior consent.
3. Technical Standards and Compliance
Users of trackerrtg.com must comply with all international anti-spam legislation, including the CAN-SPAM Act (USA), the CASL (Canada), and the GDPR (EU).
- Permission-Based Tracking: You may only use our tracking links in marketing materials sent to individuals who have opted-in to receive your communications.
- Clear Identification: All communications containing our tracking links must clearly identify the sender and provide a valid physical address.
- Opt-Out Requirements: Any email or message containing a link from our domain must include a clear, functional "unsubscribe" or "opt-out" mechanism.
4. Prohibited Content and Cloaking
Our tracking services may not be used in connection with:
- Malware/Phishing: Links that lead to sites containing viruses, spyware, or sites designed to steal user credentials.
- Illegal Goods: Tracking for sites selling illegal substances, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or counterfeit goods.
- Cloaking: We strictly prohibit "cloaking"—the practice of presenting different content or URLs to search engines or our internal monitors than what is presented to the end-user.
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
trackerrtg.com actively monitors our domain reputation and the traffic patterns flowing through our tracking redirects.
- Automated Scans: We utilize automated tools to scan destination URLs for malicious signatures or blacklisted content.
- Third-Party Reports: We cooperate with ISPs and anti-spam organizations (such as Spamhaus and URIBL) to identify and disable links that trigger spam alerts.
- Immediate Suspension: If we receive a legitimate complaint or detect a spike in spam-like behavior, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account immediately while an investigation is conducted.
6. Reporting Abuse
We encourage the public and security researchers to report any abuse of our domain. If you have encountered a link from trackerrtg.com that you believe is being used for spam or malicious purposes, please contact us immediately.
